Mieke and Christof of the Texel Mustard Factory make the most delicious mustard, packed with local ingredients from Texel. The yellow and black mustard seeds are grown locally and the other ingredients are grown on the island or around their farm on the Zuidhaffel. Black mustard chervil, Horseradish and Turmeric are special ingredients, which ensure that the Texel mustard has a flavor all its own.
