Returning your order
It is of course possible that your order does not meet your expectations. In that case you can return it to us free of charge and within 14 days.
How do I return my item?
During the shipment of your order, you have received a track and trace code by e-mail. This email contains a button with the option to return.
- Download the return label
Click on the link to create and download the return label. You can print the return label with any standard printer.
- Prepare package for shipment
Pack the order carefully and attach the return label visibly to the package. Make sure there is something in the box with your name on it and whether you want to exchange or return the order.
- Drop off at a Post office
Hand in the ready-to-ship return package at a Post office. You no longer have to pay at the service point for sending the package if you are sending from Netherlands, Germany or Belgium.
We need some time to process your return. As soon as your returned order has been received by us, we will check the data and you will receive your money back within 30 days in the same way as you paid in our webshop.
Can I exchange an order?
If you want to exchange your order for another product, that is of course also possible. In this case, put a note in the box of your return package, on which you clearly indicate which product you would prefer to receive.
How do I place an order?
- Place the desired products in your shopping cart.
- Click on your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in your details and choose a payment method. Place the order.
- All orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. All orders above €35 are shipped free of charge to NL, DE and BE. We ship with PostNL.
