The Latin name of Fenugreek is foenum-graecum, this means Greek hay. Previously, fenugreek seeds added to poor hay to improve quality. Fenugreek is rich in fats, vitamins (A, B, C, E), calcium and phosphorous and has a positive effect on digestion and the immune system.
The flavor of the cheese a bit like nuts.
Tip: Very delicious in a salad.
