Texel Springtij comes into its own at a drinking temperature of 7 degrees Celsius.

In March 2015 Springtij was awarded gold in the category "Blond / Meibock 'by experts from the jury of the Dutch Beer Challenge.

Due to the unique climate: more hours of sunshine and less rain allow barley and wheat to grow with pronounced thick grains. When the beer matures in perfect rest, the Texel sheep provide life in the brewery when they are treated with bostel: the residual product of the malt that remains after brewing.

Our sheepskins are a real natural product. The sheep have lived on the land of a Texel farmer and have roamed freely there. The sheepskins are also tanned and treated in an ecological way.
