Dark wheat beer: it gets its name from the white crests on the waves of the rough sea. Waves rinse our island: day after day, all year round. Skuumkoppe therefore a beer for every season. Secondary fermentation in the bottle and unfiltered, with a little yeast to make the extra generous flavors. This does not slice of lemon. Pure, robust, straightforward: beer as Texel itself.
Skuumkoppe comes into its own at a drinking temperature of 6 degrees Celsius.
