The Texel Beer Brewery and Cheesemaker Wezenspyk from De Burg made a unique alliance. They came up with the plan to make a nice beer cheese with the special beer “Noorderwiend”. Two unique flavors that complement and enhance each other beautifully! Of course you drink a delicious beer with it.
Ingredients
- Texel Cow's milk, unpasteurized (100% meadow milk)
- Rennet
- Starter
- Matured between 8 and 12 months
- With 'Noorderwiend' Beer from the Texel Brewery

Our sheepskins are a real natural product. The sheep have lived on the land of a Texel farmer and have roamed freely there. The sheepskins are also tanned and treated in an ecological way.
