This sweet and fresh syrup comes from the Self Picking Garden in Oudeschild. The syrup is made out of their own elderflowers which are planted along their property. The blossoms are picked just on the right moment. These blossoms are turned into juice and cooked with a whiff of lemon juice and sugar. The syrup can be diluted with water, a great thirst quencher on a summer day.

Our sheepskins are a real natural product. The sheep have lived on the land of a Texel farmer and have roamed freely there. The sheepskins are also tanned and treated in an ecological way.
